Mega weather

Coming home from work on Friday we drove through a rainstorm with the biggest raindrops you have ever seen - great big dollops of rain hitting the windscreen. And we wondered how such big raindrops could exist.

The next day we found out.
It was the tail end of a very destructive hail storm.
We'd heard tales of hail stones the size of golf balls, and here they were:

Glad that our car escaped that.
