Winter project - curtains

Too much beautiful weather and too many outside jobs in the summer, meant that lounge curtains never happened. Finally, the excuses ran out on some wet winter days and some good headway has been made.

I mostly followed the instructions on this site.
https://www.craftsy.com/blog/2015/03/how-to-sew-lined-curtains/
With just the addition of curtain weights.

Some left over fabric I've used to cover the piano. The cats use the piano as a handy spring board from the back door to their food bowl. And frequently decorate it with paw prints, fresh from the garden. (They also press random buttons. They like the demo track so much that, one day, while we were out, they put it on repeat. All day. At full volume. So by the end of the day they'd over come all fear of loud noises.)

It's just a rectangle of fabric with corners done as here

I added a strap round the back of the music holder, from an off cut, to stop the cats pulling it off. And a small pocket on one side, for the plug.
Wuwu is really pleased with it and so is Tiggy. Apparently it's a lovely place to sit out of reach of the dogs.
